Project Phases

Project Phases define steps in the project lifecycle and outline documents and deliverables associated with various reference points for a project in progress.  Documents, or deliverables, are generated in each phase.  A brief overview is found below:

Phase 1: Requirements Evaluation and Proposal Phase
Objective: Establish user requirements and submit a project proposal to upper management for approval.
