| 1. East Orlando welcomes its newest Strip Center Mall: Corner Lakes Plaza. Corner Lakes Plaza is located at the intersection of East Colonial Road and Chuluota Road. The new Plaza's anchors include a Publix Grocery Store and a Tractor Supply Co. Tractor Supply Co. and Video King are now open for business and the Mary's Nail Salon and Ni Hao Chinese Restaurant are still under construction. | ||

SR 520 - Road construction has begun on the four-lane widening of SR 520. This 8-mile widening will extend from SR 50 to SR 528.
